TVM is one of Flytoget's largest sales channels and have a significant role in the roadmap for Flytoget's future innovation and digitalization of ticket sales.
Flytoget will acquire new TVMs. Flytoget has a strong need for a supplier who can quickly get new TVM and future changes into production. The supplier must be able to deliver 29 TVMs to replace the TVMs that Flytoget has deployed in the station areas and platforms today. The TVMs must work in the existing system landscape as well as being scalable with respect to further development.
New TVM must be in operation by May 2024 at the latest - thus speed and agility for the implementation phase is of great importance. The acquisition includes the establishment/purchase of the TVMs; hardware, software with any adaptations, as well as maintenance and operation.
Furthermore, any backend systems or other supporting systems that are required by the vendor for the TVMs shall preferably be hosted in the supplier's cloud solution and/or delivered as a service.

The supplier must be able to present a certificate that verifies their payment of taxes and VAT.
The supplier must be a legally constituted enterprise.
The supplier must be of good repute and will be assessed against the rejection rules set out in ss. 20-2 (2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Regulation.
The supplier must not be involved in debt settlement proceedings or have been put into administration in any other way.

Flytoget will obtain the credit rating if the supplier is an enterprise registered in Norway. If the documentation is not openly accessible to Flytoget, this must be submitted by the supplier.
